The queues: How do we fight them?

Nowadays, long lines are formed for any daily situation that worsen the customer's experience, causing their dissatisfaction with the company.

Smart Lockers improve the operation of establishments and combat the queues that form, as they save labor for workers, so that they can spend more time with customers who need their services.

An example of how queues can worsen the user experience is El Camp Nou, where the reality of the stadium consists of kilometer-long queues and understaffed bars for too many customers.

This problem would be solved if collection points were set up, where customers could go to pick up their order by scanning the QR on the ticket. This would speed up the purchasing process, creating a feeling of less congestion and even increasing sales, since an establishment with very long queues can slow down new customers who are considering ordering a product in the bar.

Many situations similar to this occur every day in stores, and if more technology and innovative products like #SmartLockers were implemented, the customer experience would be much more convenient and comfortable.
