Columat Smart Systems S.L. is looking for the differentiation in its sector, that is why it decided to implement the integrated quality system. This system according to the quality standard ISO 9001:2015, involves the company.

Scope:

Intelligent systems manufacturing and project management, from the initial analysis of the specific needs of each project to the adaptation and delivery of the proposed solution.
Our policy seeks to comply with the following points:

• To provide quality services and with constant improvement to satisfy the demand of the citizens and to be competitive within the sector to achieve the full satisfaction of our customers.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable quality regulations and any other additional requirements to which our corporation voluntarily subscribes.
• Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and the degree of satisfaction provided to users, through clearly defined and controlled processes. To this end, the needs and requirements of the Quality Management System must be known at all times and the work centers must be provided with tools for monitoring, measuring and analyzing the processes.
• Our objectives are based on increasing user satisfaction and not having any claims or complaints from them. To satisfy 100% the expectations that you have of our services and product.
