Logistics and its main concern

Logistics has put the focus on new technologies and e-commerce as key pieces of the economy, the logistics sector aims for the automation of operations as the most important aspect for the logistics of the future.

We observed a clear trend in the involvement with the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda, as more than 70% of the participants put their focus on the 2030 Agenda. Looking ahead, investment is expected in the coming years to enable industrial companies to adapt to the 4.0 economy.

The 2030 Agenda is the new roadmap to move forward together with sustainable development. 17 Sustainable Development Goals were approved and must be in place by 2030, the SDGs cover the economic, social and environmental dimensions of sustainability.

During SIL we have not lost sight of the fact that transport is the contracted logistics activity par excellence, and service and society are placed as the main concerns in the sector, with efficiency and optimization of costs and stock.

We join the 2030 agenda

We focus on sustainable development and the creation of smarter communities, encouraging local purchasing through the collection of products in Columat Smart Lockers, a solution to the high demand of logistics, which facilitates the collection of purchases by offering greater efficiency through collections for convenience, 24 hours a day. Columat's Smart Lockers act as delivery and pick-up HUB's for dry parcels, but also have temperature control, thus improving the customer experience and optimizing both costs and logistics processes for companies.

From Columat, we work every day to meet the 2030 Agenda, by implementing HUB's as collection points, thus contributing to urban sustainability and the creation of sustainable cities and communities!
