1. Order: the user places an order online, by phone, WhatsApp or social networks.
2. Delivery: Once payment is received, the delivery person prepares the order and deposits it in the Smart Locker, choosing the compartment size that best suits the volume of the delivery. A personalized QR code is automatically generated for the customer.
3. Pick-up: the customer picks up his order at his convenience, without queuing or waiting and quickly; he only has to scan the QR received and automatically the compartment linked to it will open.
